Two new cricket fields are being established at Hope School Athletic Field, 7901 Knott Ave, Buena Park, CA 90620-2649. SCYCA will have exclusive usage of this field. We will primarily utilize this facility for our North OC Chapter practice sessions as well as for inter-academy, friendly, and tournament matches. To prepare the field, grass on the pitch has been cut short, and rollers and compactors are being used to level the pitch surface.

SCYCA currently enjoys three turf pitches in Cypress Community Park and two turf pitches in Tustin Sports Park. The new field is the third that SCYCA has access to. The new Buena Park ground will play a vital role in SCYCA’s future development as SCYCA will be allowed to install two cricket pitches, practice nets, and a storage area, all of which will improve the efficiency and productiveness of our training program. 

The SCYCA North OC Chapter started conducting regular practice sessions at this location from September 16^th, 2023. SCYCA is excited by this acquisition and the growth of our range, and we anticipate the quality cricket that Hope School Athletic Field will facilitate.
