SCYCA coaches Pri De Silva and Shantha Suraweera along with OCCA player Newton Weerasinghe conducted cricket demonstration for the students in Rancho Santa Margarita Middle School on May 8^th, 2018. 

Six periods of 30 minutes sessions were held for grade 7 & 8 students. After brief introduction to cricket and watching video clips of matches at highest level and introduction to cricket on a big screen, students were eager to get out and play cricket. Students got the opportunity to enjoy the taste of cricket and were well received.

PE teachers are very enthusiastic about this program that opens an opportunity to another sport at the school.
