SCYCA Continues Success at 2025 Thanksgiving Cricket Tournament

From November 24-27th, 2025, SCYCA's U12 and U14 squads competed against other youth cricket teams at WYCA's Annual Thanksgiving Cricket Tournament. Several SCYCA players also competed in the U17 and U19 age groups on mixed SoCal academy teams. It was a fantastic week of youth cricket matches at Woodley Park in Van Nuys, CA, with SCYCA's U14 team delivering yet another undefeated performance. Beyond taking the championship trophy, they also secured multiple individual awards.

SCYCA’s Aradhanaa Rajasekaran is Top Performer at Blazers Bay Area Open 2025

From August 30 to September 1, elite and emerging cricketers competed in the Blazers Bay Area Open 2025 - Women's T20 Cricket Tournament, including SCYCA's Aradhanaa Rajasekaran. At the end of the tournament, Aradhanaa had emerged as the Top Overall Performer in the Emerging category.

SCYCA’s Junior Cricket Talent on Display at 2025 Labor Day Tournament

SCYCA hosted another successful junior cricket tournament in sunny Southern California over the 2025 Labor Day weekend. The annual event welcomed 243 U11, U13, and U15 cricketers from 20 different west coast youth cricket teams and featured 34 matches.

SCYCA U11 Finishes Undefeated in USA Cricket Junior Pathway

From May through October 2024, Southern California Youth Cricket Academy's U11 team competed in the USA Cricket Junior Pathway, and won every match along the way. SCYCA topped the SoCal-AZ group standings with 8 dominant wins across 8 total games.

SCYCA U11 Team Wins 2024 Thanksgiving Youth Cricket Tournament

Southern California Youth Cricket Academy squads recorded outstanding performances across the board at the Thanksgiving Day LA Youth Open, which took place from November 20-30, 2024. In the U11 Series (Leg 2), SCYCA's U11 youth cricket team won the tournament.

SCYCA Youth Cricket Players Shine at Labor Day Tournament

Hundreds of youth cricketers competed in the Southern California Youth Cricket Academy's Labor Day tournament from Aug. 31 - Sept. 2, 2024 in Orange County, CA. The competition featured players from all over California, including five SCYCA teams. The cricket tournament was a hit across the board, with U11, U13, and U15 SCYCA athletes putting up strong performances.
